Objectives
Apart from gastronomy, snails are further used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry in the preparation of medicine and anti-wrinkles creams.
Cosmetic creams produced from snails are natural and of high quality
Large international companies in the cosmetic and pharmaceutics show keen interest; therefore we shall do our best to sell our production mostly abroad.
Snails are extremely popular on the menu list in France, Spain, Italy and other countries.
Dishes prepared with snails are important to maintain the dietary variety and represent a real culinary challenge.
Having regard to these circumstances, our goal is to find a reliable partner to realize our production on international markets, and later on to set a processing and conservation plant for snails for the food industry.
Our short-term plans envisage three major objectives:
